First Aid, CPR and AED Course [Training]

Employees who attend First Aid, CPR and AED training are better prepared to respond if, and when, medical issues arise at work. Taught by FFVA Mutual instructors, this 4-hour course includes First Aid, CPR and AED training with work-related scenarios. The course is ideal for workers attending for the first time or those who need CPR recertification.

Topics include:

• How to provide first aid to an injured person
• What to look for before performing CPR and how to properly administer
• How to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Upon successful completion, trainees will be qualified to provide basic level First Aid assistance, use an AED defibrillator and receive CPR certification. The course, student booklet and certification card are free for FFVA Mutual policyholders and agency partners.
