Easier Online Payments, Plus Pay By Text

FFVA Mutual has implemented online payment options that will make it easier to receive, view and pay bills. Policyholders now have the option to pay your workers’ comp billing statement online by credit card and eCheck.

New Online Payment Options

PAY ONLINE – Make a payment anytime, anywhere!
Visit ffvamutual.com and click the Pay Your Bill button at the top right or log into our TRUsolution portal. If paying via the Pay Your Bill button, it will ask for your Online Payment Acct # located on your billing statement.

PAY BY TEXT – Get text notifications about your premium statement and make a payment 24/7

Benefits of our enhanced online payment options:

Fast and Easy – No registration is required for “One Time Pay,” the fastest way to pay online and confirm payment
Safe and Secure – Your information is kept confidential, secure, and backed by the highest security standards
Eco-Friendly – Paying online reduces paper use and is an easy way to help the environment. You can also select a paperless billing option

Other items to note/what may be changing:

  • If you are a current non-autopay customer, you will need to re-enter your banking information in TRUsolution to make your next payment.
  • AutoPay accounts will not change. However, AutoPay will now draft audits, deductibles and monthly self-reporting in addition to installments/endorsements on the due date if the payment has not already been paid.
  • For EFT/ACH (e-check) payments, there is no service fee (please note that you will need the routing and account numbers located at the bottom of your check)
  • For credit/debit card payments, there will be a 3.5% convenience fee

All of our Solutionists at FFVA Mutual hope you enjoy these new payment options. Thank you for choosing us for your workers’ compensation needs and for helping employees stay safe at work.
