FFVA Mutual Releases 2019 Annual Report

FFVA Mutual Releases 2019 Annual Report

With a focus on transition and transformation, FFVA Mutual’s latest Annual Report shares our 2019 financial highlights, results of operations and initiatives to enhance our operations and customer experiences.

I am also pleased to report that the FFVA Mutual team quickly responded and adapted to working within the COVID-19 pandemic and that we continue to effectively quote new business, service policyholders, and provide benefits to injured workers during these unusual and trying circumstances. Even with of all of this disruption, FFVA Mutual’s underwriting results are positive to date in 2020.

We are grateful to agency partners like you for making FFVA Mutual your workers’ comp carrier of choice. I sincerely hope that you, your families, and your co-workers are all healthy, adapting and coping as the economy begins to reopen and we plan the course forward. While our Solutionists will continue to work remotely for a time, your dedicated account service teams remain committed to delivering outstanding underwriting, safety, and claims services for you and your customers.

Regards,
Alan Hair
President & CEO
